TMF believes in Self Sustainance of women of underprivileged areas. Late Mumtaz Begum was wife of former Director Education Balochistan Late Sheikh Jaffar Ali and was active in social work.

Mumtaz Begum Handicraft school has been established in a remote locality of Sibi, Baluchistan to train girls and women in Stitching and making local handicrafts. More than 30 girls are currently learning Stitching and Handicraft in this school under supervision of an expert teacher.
